The lady that answers the phone, the Receptionist had a very bad attitude a very rude! She wouldn’t reschedule my son for another appointment, even though I explained that I needed to reschedule it, because my son had Covid. VERY RUDE! She just decided NOT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!

My 13 years old daughter had an accident that caused her to chip both her front teeth as a mom it was the hardest thing to go through she was told she needed 2 root canals now my main concern was finding a Dr to do it as soon as possible and someone that took her insurance she has Medicaid w/ Amerigroup which a lot of Doctors don't take. . . Dr. Levy was on of the Dr's on the list that took it the same day I called his office his wife who was beyond the nicest lady I spoke too was able to put her in that same day. Dr. Levy is a professor at Columbia University in NY so his hours are not normal office hours I took her in on a Wednesday night at 9pm and he stared the process of the root canal.
Dr Levy was the most caring Dr I have ever seen he was intrigued with the case my daughter had. He specializes in trauma root canals you can tell the passion he has for such cases he was beyond amazing and beyond gentle with my daughter. I was a total wreck during the procesure but she was in the best hands she could have been in. She went back a week later on a Sunday to his Dumont office it was a little bit of a wait but he's worth every minute you wait. He finished the root canal that same day. I've read some reviews abt him being rude or critizing his equipment but Dr. levy is one of a kind doctor which there isn't a lot of.
A lot of doctors are in the business for the money which is understandable they worked hard for it. But Dr. Levy is in it for the passion he has for it. I HIGHLY recommend him best Dr I have ever met. We were truly blessed

I have a list of dentists from my insurance company. Dr. Levi IS ON THE LIST. I called to make an appointment the receptionist told me that she would have to check with the Dr.
We’ll, all I can say is that he needs a new receptionist!!! She was telling me how he doesn’t make any money from Amerigroup patients. How dare she!! 😡 And how he doesn’t even want to give me a consultation. In MY OPINION this Dentist needs to either TAKE Amerigroup Patients that HE signed up for or take himself off the freaking list!! 😡😡😡

If I could give a -10,000 I would. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE. My little brother went here for a root canal, and he numbed him up only in the back, and he told him, I still am not numb. He started the work, and when my brother said I still feel it AS HE’S DRILLING HIS NERVE OUT, he told him to be quiet, there are other patients waiting. He didn’t allow anyone inside when my brother was in pain.
He told him “it’s a $2,000 job coming out of his pocket, so be quiet. ” He also told him SCREAMING AT HIM “ do you want to find a new dentist?” DO NOT GO HERE. My brother is now constantly taking medication to ease the pain and has to find another dentist. Please do not go here.
