I had not been to the dentist in a few years and on the recommendation of a friend decided to try Herres Dental. Impressive is the first word that comes to mind. The staff were all very pleasant to talk to and were thorough in educating me on what they were doing, why they were doing it, and any next steps. As I walked back the hall to the procedure room, I could see I wasn't the only one impressed with their service, as nearly every other room had a patient.
Yet, you wouldn't know it, as I did not wait long and Mr. Herres seemed well staffed. I especially liked the post-exam office to speak about possible options regarding any recommended procedures for the future. It was a much more intimate approach than simply standing at a counter among anyone within an arms length.
I think I have found my new dentist! And as a sucker for technology, the instantaneous x-rays was a pretty cool feature. One of the assistants even let me see their state-of-the-art crown-making CNC machine. I highly recommend Herres Dental.

When I was searching for a new dentist last year, I decided to give Dr. Herres a shot. I have to say it was a great decision. I mostly chose him because I lived nearby and it was convenient, but I moved earlier this year and I'm still more than happy to go a little out of my way to continue being one of his patients. He is very friendly, and very easy to talk to. He has always given me a good explanation of any procedures he needed to do, and he's always been happy to answer any questions I've had.
The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. They're always very friendly and very helpful. It's honestly hard to say enough nice things. I don't think many people genuinely enjoy going to the dentist, but I have to say that I'm far happier going to Dr. Herres than I have been with any of the dentists I've previously used.

Dr. Herres and his staff are amazing. I recently started coming here after seeking a second opinion from the old dental practice I used in the past. I can honestly say all of my experiences here have been wonderful. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are extremely thorough with everything they do.

Today was my son's third cleaning at 2 1/2. He got so excited when I said we were going to the dentist because they make the visit really enjoyable. The waiting area is comfortable and fun with free beverages, loads of magazines and interesting toys. The hygienist was sweet and thorough. I love that they do an amazing job sending reminders.
Dr Herres himself is personable and knowledgeable. He makes sure you get the best for your teeth and explains everything thoroughly. Our entire family visits his office and wouldn't go anywhere else.
