This was hands down one of the worst professional care experiences I’ve ever endured. I came in with the intention of starting a treatment plan and attending my appointments, but my very first visit was enough to make me reconsider. When I asked a few questions about whether the order of my procedures was ideal, the provider was noticeably impatient and told me to "hurry up and make a decision. " Despite staying calm and simply seeking clarification, his irritation only grew.
At that point, it became clear that I needed to seek care elsewhere. If you don't have the time or willingness to discuss medical care with your patients, you shouldn't be in this field. Absolutely unacceptable.

hadn't been to a dentist in years, was embarrassed and fearful to smile! dr cooper created a judgment free zone and helped me restore my smile and confidence. extremely professional, personable, and just an all around great service. 10/10 highly recommend

Hi, I’m a 6 year old and a new patient! My parents switched me to Dr. Cooper because everyone in my family comes here (even grown-ups 🦷). Everything was great — him and his team were super nice and my teeth feel awesome.
BUT… my old dentist gives me a toy after but Dr Cooper’ didn’t! Just saying. I was brave and everything! Hoping for a cool toy next time — maybe a dinosaur or spaceship? 😄🦖🚀 #ToothHeroNeeded

The staff at Dr. Cooper’s dentists was amazing. Everyone was polite, professional, and welcoming from the wonderful women at the front desk, to Cynthia who was my primary hygienist, and to Dr. Cooper. My experience here has been more than satisfactory. This practice genuinely by far the best dentistry I’ve been to in years.
They caught my periodontal disease in its early stages and treated it accordingly. Dr. Cooper and Cynthia explained every step of my periodontal cleaning in detail. They were also transparent about the process and answered every question I asked. I will be a returning patient and will recommend their practice to anyone in need of a great dentist.
