Used to really enjoy my dental experience here but it seems like they are always rescheduling my appointments. It is very frustrating and difficult when I ask for an appointment at a certain time(s) because of work reasons and then at the last minute they always want me to change it. Yesterday I got put down for a time that I didn’t even ask for in the first place.
They were able to take care of the $50 rescheduling fee they were going to charge me but it still is very inconvenient when I’ve been trying to get in here for a dental cleaning for a while.

The staff is always pleasant. Doc Agarwal is amazing. The only dentist I've ever had. I have moved all over from the city of Chicago to the suburbs. But I will continue to drive to Naperville for his service. 🥰

Update: HORRIBLE! Stay far away! At the first checkup at this location they said my child had 7 cavities. We set an appointment for 1 cavity to be filled as my child has fear of dentist. On the day of the appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time I called from the parking lot to confirm that only 1 cavity was being treated today and the receptionist said no it's 5 out of 8 cavities being filled today so I went inside and inside they say that they need to fill 11 cavities and they will do them all today. I said no that's not what we agreed upon and then left. Something wasn't right I felt unsafe with this location.
Then they tried to charge me $100 cancellation fee for not letting them destroy my childs mouth. I took my child to a new dentist and was only 4 cavities. We have all the paperwork from this location and the new dentist to show the contradictions. STAY AWAY!!! Previous review:I'm not sure if they were having an off day when I went but what I do know is this place is not good for Medicaid patients. Everything started good, easy check-in, short wait and everyone was nice but when I was in the chair the hygienist and dentist asked me 4 times if I wanted a cleaning before I actually got a cleaning, almost as if they were trying to get me to pass on it.
It was my six months cleaning and check-up why would I not want a cleaning? They also took a lot (around 11) of x-rays when I said a certain area of teeth hurt and then without seeing any cavity in the root, they said they don't do root canal and gave me a referral to a dentist downtown Chicago who I would have to pay a minimum of $675 to get a root canal that I might not even need. I'm poor right now and can't afford that or I would be paying for better insurance. I've needed a root canal before and my last dentist sent me to someone who accepted my Medicaid insurance. I have two stars because everyone had a pleasant demeanor.

After 6 months of visiting this office I think I'm ready for a detailed report of the clinic :) I can say they are the best team. Very kind staff starting from Olivia at the reception. . . Christine is the best hygienist I met. There are no problems Dr.
Agarwal can not solve. A very positive atmosphere, a kind doctor, dedicated to patients. The office is very clean, they respect the scheduled time. I can praise them, but I think that you need to check it yourself, I believe you will have the same experience as my family. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2025 and still the best
