This is the best place ever. Dr Birch and the staff was amazing!! They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. They were compassionate about my needle fobia. Dr Birch even covered my eyes so I couldn't see . I want to thank Dr Birch for caring so much to help me over that milestone. I recommend them to all my friends and family and to all those I don't know. Great job!!!!

Although I have not had any problems with the actual dentists at this practice. As a patient who relies on sedation accommodations regularly for dental work because of a disability, I was deeply appalled and outraged to witness one of this practice’s dental assistants making derogatory, mockery-like comments about another patient’s personal accommodation needs right in front of me as well as in front of the dentist In the room treating me. It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone with such disrespect and contempt.
I strongly urge you to find more compassionate staff who understand the dignity and sensitivity that patients deserve, instead of ridiculing people for being fearful of the dentist.
