We started treatment with Innovative Orthodontics about 1 year and 4 months ago. At our initial consultation, we received a quote and I specifically asked if they had run it through our insurance—they said yes. We waited three months before starting, just to make sure they had received the insurance response. When we returned, I asked again, and they confirmed it had been processed and approved. Now, over a year later, they’re telling me they made a mistake and that I owe them an additional $500 for my daughter's treatment.

My own treatment is not yet complete, but I’m expecting a similar issue, possibly adding up to $1,000 more. Because they had me sign a contract stating I’m responsible for any differences, I’m now stuck paying for their error. At the time, we had three quotes from different offices—all around the same price. This one has now turned out to be the most expensive—and that’s just for phase one. We will definitely not be returning.

To make matters worse, they made a retainer that never fit properly, and instead of correcting the issue, they charged us $175 to make a new one, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. The quality of care was very poor the weird was notnput correctly at least in two different ocassions. It is almost impossible to set appointments after school hours. This all feels like very poor business practice.

For starters they are very welcoming. Beautiful dentist office and lovely staff. I had a pleasant visit. They was very understanding how I want my teeth done and not misjudging me. They helped me tremendously find the perfect place to get my teeth done. I felt very comfortable. They came up with a plan to reach my goal for the smile I wanted.

So yeah I would recommend booking with them. None of the staffs I met were rude, judgmental, dismissive or beat around the bush or anything. Dr. Christine Gin is awesome, great personality, very understanding and smart, easy to talk to. Her work is very perfectionist so you won’t be disappointed.

I had phenomenal experience with Dr Ibrahim. I know it’s hard to pick an orthodontist specially if it’s for one of your kids… I made an appointment with six other orthodontist Just to see what they would say, Of course there’s many ways to treat teeth… But Dr. Ibrahim and her staff Leah, julie etc where so good. For one office is clean, organized and tidy, two I didn’t feel rushed many orthodontist office. I went to only had a certain amount of time for you and then they had to move on kind of seem like you only had 510 minutes of their time, etc. not this doctor and not these is employees… They will take the time to answer any questions you have so you don’t feel rushed at all. I have to say there is no bad question. Welcome any question even if it seems like it might be silly ask it! Dr ibrahim not only is she a certified dentist, and orthodontist she also has a specialty as a Prosthodontist- Meaning she is the person you go to in complex cases dealing with a jaw issues, etc. she is incredibly knowledgeable.

She knows her craft and she does it well. She Also offers different options, depending on what your situation is and what your Preferences may be. I can’t say after talking with the staff (I’ve been here a few times before I went ahead with treatment for my son) The employees have been here for over a decade the fact that they have loyal employees. Tell me that this is a great organization that treats people well, and is very skilled in their craft. There are other doctors here. I have not had the pleasure to meet them yet, but I can’t say Dr. Ibrahim Definitely leave the lasting impression Confidence and skill. It took me a few orthodontist appointments to pick this Dr. to go with.

As a mom of three It’s very hard to find skilled qualified care. Advice I would give Anyone searching for an orthodontist would be do your research research research research! It took me over six months to decide who to go with after I found innovative Orthodontics, and all the skills that come with Dr Ibrahim I was sold. Still hesitant I did check out two more orthodontist office, but no one even cane close to Dr Ibrahim and her skills. My last point… I went to many different orthodontists got many different quotes… I was expecting innovative orthodontics to be more expensive just because they have such highly trained people and skills… It honestly was right on par if not a little under what other orthodontist areas charge! I already decided to go with her for treatment for my son… The price was just icing on the cake! Honestly, Best decision I’ve made!! Ps -I just found this out today… They also have a pediatric dentistry to the right of their offices. They all collaborate together, which is unheard of! So that disconnect between dentist and orthodontist is eliminated they collaborate together, which is just an amazing concept. Definitely added bonus. I’ll be taking him there for dentist cleanings, and check ups. It just makes sense!

I had another Invisalign follow up last week. I met with assistant Nayely who was very nice & helpful with my care! The staff is always so pleasant & supportive! I also want to thank Eddie (Edmond) with whom I’ve had several visits with-he is amazing! He has a great personality & understanding of how I need to wear my Invisalign correctly.

He was able to add a “hook” to one of my crowns that had previously fallen off-which is quite common. But this time, he took extra time & care to secure it SO WELL that it has stayed secure for 2 months already!! It has made a big difference in the correction of my bite being able to use an extra rubber band! KUDOS TO EDDIE and thank you!!!!! I love Innovative Orthodontic Centers and highly recommend them to everyone 😊
