The service at your practice is exceptional, but your billing system leaves much to be desired. My family and I have been loyal patients for years, and we truly value the care provided by the doctors and technicians. However, we repeatedly asked for our billing statements to be sent to an updated email address, yet the billing information continued to go to an outdated email. As a result, a $50 bill went unpaid—not due to negligence on our part, but because it was sent to the wrong email. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issue directly with us during our subsequent visits, the bill was sent to a collection agency.

We find this behavior disrespectful and disappointing, particularly given the long-standing and positive relationship we’ve had with your team. This situation could have easily been avoided had the issue been handled appropriately. I urge you to review your billing procedures to ensure better communication with your patients in the future.

When I had an emergency, the staff was courteous, empathetic, and created an appointment ASAP. When I arrived the desk, assistants, and doctor treated me with kindness and provided exceptional support.

Don’t recommend going to this practice! I have been going to this practice for many years, remaining loyal after my previous dentist retired and a new dentist took over. I have had many dental procedures but most recently was told I needed a more significant treatment. I asked for an option to make payments and felt like the staff was harassing me for money every time I went into the office, even though I had made payments and had expressed I would hold on routine care until my benefits had reset in the new year and to avoid adding to my current balance owed.

My balance was turned over to collections. Now, having severe pain from the dental work done by this practice, I was told I could not be seen, even for an emergency visit, unless the balance with collections had been paid in full. It’s unfortunate because I really liked the dentist and trusted her with my care.

To feel like you are being held hostage due to a balance, and denied care even in an emergent situation, doesn’t show this practice is willing to care for patients; instead, they only care about collecting as much money as possible. Now, as the patient, what am I supposed to do about the severe pain I am in? This is not what patient care should be like.

Dr. Rogan Schneider is the best dentist I have ever had. She is personable and knowledgeable. She uses new technologies to reverse small cavities instead of drilling into the tooth and it worked well for me. The staff is kind and respectful. The hygienists are talented.

I am never in pain due to teeth cleanings with JC or Shabnam. I feel like going to the dentist is like going to spend time with good friends. They care about my dental health and I am grateful to receive such great care. I highly recommend this practice.
