Today was my first visit at Infinity Smiles and I have to say it was an awesome experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the time I walked out. The entire staff was amazing and this was the most COMFORTABLE and informative dental appointment I've ever had! If you want a Dental experience that includes compassion, reassurance, and support then this is the place for you. I was seen by Dr Moorehead and she was just Amazing. She explained everything and showed me pictures to make sure i understood what we were discussing.

I wish I remembered everyone's names especially the young lady that took my xrays but let's just say the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and I left smiling, relieved and motivated. Thank you!

I had a really great experience today at Infinity Smiles Dental Clinic. When we first arrived, the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Then we were seen by the doctor, who examined my child and explained the main points clearly and professionally. She was kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how she handled everything. At first, the doctor explained that my child needed root canal treatment. While reviewing the standard X-rays, she also noticed that a permanent tooth was growing incorrectly under a baby tooth. To take a closer look and make sure that the permanent tooth itself wasn’t damaged, she did a 3D scan during the visit. This really showed how deeply and thoroughly she works — not just relying on the basics, but truly wanting to understand what’s going on.

Based on the 3D scan, the doctor explained that the permanent tooth is growing at the wrong angle and, unfortunately, even if the baby tooth is removed, it won’t grow in properly. So the permanent tooth will most likely need to be extracted in the future. Her detailed explanation and careful approach meant a lot to me. After that, another young woman — the doctor’s assistant — finished the appointment with us. She was also very kind, friendly, and patient. She explained everything again in a way that was easy to understand, answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable. Her kindness really stood out. Everyone in the clinic was kind, professional, and caring.

I honestly recommend Infinity Smiles to anyone. Also, when they found out that my insurance didn’t cover the visit, they were very understanding. The doctor kindly offered to do the visit for free because of my financial situation. That meant a lot to me — I was really touched by their kindness and support. This clinic is a rare find — here, you’ll get not only great dental care but also meet kind people who truly care about their patients.
