I had a 1:00pm dentist appointment May 14th, 2025 & was running a little 10 - 15 minutes late & called to let Infinite Smiles know. The receptionist Zara said it was fine. I also let her know I was in massive traffic. When I pulled in the parking lot at 1:20pm I get a call from Zara saying I had to reschedule. I explained to her how much time it took me to get out there she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

I walked in & asked if I could speak to the manager or owner which she lied & replied right now she was the manager & I know she wasn't. I asked again to speak to a manager & she called the police on me & said I was harassing her which was a total lie. Zara is the type that throws a rock & hides her hand. Stay away from Infinite Smiles. The receptionist Zara is rude & was willing to lie to the police because I asked for a manager.

I found this place to be super unprofessional. The first time I scheduled an appt, I got there, on time, and they told me oh we’ll have to reschedule you because THEY were running behind, but would’ve been nice if they called me ahead of time before I wasted my time driving over there. Then, when it was time for my rescheduled appt, they pushed me back a few hours, and then when it was finally time for my appt, I was waiting for at least 20 min past my appt time before I finally got called back.

Then, they didn’t even floss my teeth with my cleaning or give me a bag with a new toothbrush and stuff like most places do and I know they had them because I saw other patients with them. Then, we were waiting for preauthorization from my insurance for treatment, and the dental office never called me back with an update on the decision or to schedule anything, so I never even got my treatment. Very unprofessional and will not be going back

I’ll never go anywhere but here for dental. I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth. They are always upfront about what is covered and they tell you what they are going to do so you can ask questions for after care or whatever reason. It calms my anxiety to know that I can trust them to keep me out of pain. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist and assistants are such amazing and wonderful people who do such amazing work and change lives for people every day.

They have improved my life by giving me my smile back and treating me like I’m the same as everyone else. I highly recommend having your dental work done here. I can definitely understand why they are always so busy and in demand. They rock. 💛🐾

Previously, we had good experiences here with the female workers. However there was a male worker helping my dad with realigning his dentures who kept giving us attitude, sighing every 5 seconds, and kept pushing him to get $10k implants that wouldn't be covered by insurance. He originally stated that my dad would need to come back every six months, and that the future visits would not be covered by insurance, then took back his statement at the end of our appointment.

At the end of our appointment, he kept getting into my dad's face asking him if there was anything wrong with the dentures and got increasingly frustrated when he couldn't give an answer right away. He needs to learn proper bedside manners if he wants to make his patients feel safe or make any sales.
