We have been very happy with Indy Dental Group since we moved here a year ago. One of the things I love most about them is that they are very careful to review your insurance plan BEFORE treatment and let you know exactly what is covered and how much you will owe. I have had SO many problems over the years of moving around with dentists offices who did not check with insurance, did not care how much you had to pay out of pocket, or even seemed sneaky in their billing practices. Not at Indy Dental Group.

And today I discovered yet another reason to love them. I had to have a filling replaced. Dr. Avery did an amazing job! It was hands down the best experience I have ever had with dental work beyond a cleaning! I cannot recommend this office enough! I have finally found a dental office I can trust!!!

You don’t appreciate a good dentist until you experience a bad one. This practice is the bad dentists. Your mouth will feel worse after visiting them, they rush, don’t clean properly, and then say “everything looks good, keep it up”.

I moved back to Westfield and picked them because they were closest to my house, what a horrible mistake!! With today being my SECOND cleaning here, what a nasty job they did! I came to my car and the first thing I did was call my previous dentist and schedule a cleaning for my wife and I from a REAL dentist. I regret giving them a second chance, they do not deserve it! Do yourself a favor and just go to Krause Dental a mile down the road. You are not even treated like a human at this practice, they treat you like a money printing machine and are purposely blind to the horrible job they do.

Don’t give a horrible practice your hard-earned money, go elsewhere! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off their customers. What an embarrassment of a business.

Went for a cleaning found out had a cavity needed to get pulled. The tell me they wanna do a specific procedure my insurance would not cover for 3k. Even though a bridge which my insurance would cover would be around 700 hundred bucks tops Didn't wanna do that procedure. So they said they were going to contact my insurance company and see if they could get it. Pushed true, well after 3 calls to them, trying to follow-up. They still have not gotten back to me.

And that was 2 months ago. I've made multiple cars to their office with no return call. And I guess my procedure will not make them enough money. So i'm just stuck without a tooth. The cleaning I got was subpar at best.
