Front desk people were cordial, but the doctor & his nurse/assistant were curt, hateful, & rude. Looking elsewhere for another consultation. I should give it no stars. One is too many!

Literally worst experience i ever had. I warned them prior to this, i’ve had bad experiences before! I have excessive ptsd at the dentist. First, the doctor is a rude rude jerk of a man. used IV sedation, got one tooth out that i STILL FELT.

and of course i freaked out, threatened to call the police on me because i had an adverse reaction on anesthesia. the drugs THEY gave me. my mom had to come in and help me calm down. they didn’t once apologized for how they handled anything either.

instead of helping me and my nerves can down he talked to me like a dog. anyway got the one tooth out that wasn’t even bothering me and made me leave, if you were more sympathetic and nice to your patients ,you wouldn’t get these type of interactions. The fact i’m the FOURTH person to say the same story, It makes me feel so pissed that this has happened more than once at this location, if you had the same experience and had an “adverse to the anesthesia” i am here for you and i hear you. it wasn’t your fault! ❤️

My daughter went in for a standard wisdom tooth removal despite having read some reviews. My daughter was nervous and mentioned that and her allergies- which were quite literally scoffed at. I took her to the appointment, as required, and was waiting in the waiting room when I heard screaming. Apparently, my daughter had an “adverse reaction” to the anesthetic & had become hysterical. The surgeon informed me that if I didn’t “calm her down” he’d call the police. (I’d remind you that she has IV anesthesia in her arm.

) I got her the hell out of there, wisdom teeth still in her mouth. The staff had absolutely no clue how to calm a human being down and made everything worse. By the time I was brought back to the room, my 19 year old child was bleeding from her lip and an absolute crying, terrified mess. The staff was unprofessional, lacked training, and I will be reporting the surgeon to the appropriate boards.

I would personally make this a zero stars if I could, I went in two weeks ago for Wisdom tooth removal consultation. I purposely went to the consultation first because I've read hundreds of negative reviews and wanted to see for myself , Even though the doctor made multiple backhanded comments about how I'm allergic to multiple antibiotics, they give you for Oral surgery I still was comfortable enough then that i let them schedule me out two weeks, which was today. I got there let them know how I was feeling. (Nervous) Everything seemed fine. They gave me the IV. I let them know how nervous I was and that was the last thing I remember. Next part I remember is being wheeled out To my mom's car, I realize the time when looking at the car that had only been An hour since my appointment would've been started, I was hysterical in the wheelchair and had no idea why. I still have all 4 teeth in my mouth. . . . . Apparently, when I was completely unconscious, I had an adverse effect to the anesthesia . This reaction permitted the doctor to go to my mom. Tell her to get me out of there now or he's gonna call the police. Are you kidding? I know that you do this every day doctor and you don't Genuinely care about the integrity of your patients- but I was seriously drugged and not in my right mind. .

At a dental office by drugs that were given by you. . . I let So many rude comments, go about my nails, not being able to take certain prescriptions, everything. I listened to all instructions and took every medicine I was supposed to before I got there. The unprofessionalism And lack of sympathy at this office was so insane I will never recommend this office to anyone ever and I most definitely would never step foot in the building again. So please, if you are interested in oral or dental surgery, please look somewhere else. Trust the reviews trust your gut. And let me end this by saying, I am not talking about the doctor making me leave because of Adverse reaction to the anesthesia. I completely understand not being able to do surgery on someone who is mot able to be treated properly. ( removing teeth) It was how he spoke to my mother about her, needing to get me out of there now, or he was gonna call the police. Sir you are shameful And just because you've done your job for more than 25 years, doesn't mean you couldn't take a class on bedside manner! I am a young adult and know how to treat Normal people let alone my own patients better than that. I don't expect anything back and honestly, it wouldn't do you Justice either way. my mom was gonna make the review since she was the one last spoken to by the doctor, but I figured I should since I made the appointment was in there with the doctor the entire time. But my mom was gonna write a review??? she had sat for my appointment and still wanted to make a review. . .

. . let that sit. i'm not sure what this whole demeanor change in the dentist industry is but it's absolutely foul and you're not helping anybody that doesn't like the dentist already. Every single bad review written about this business has been about the doctor and nurses attitude as soon as they are greeted. That is absolutely horrendous and the fact that it hasn't been corrected already when I'm reading exact reviews from six months ago. . was the exact reason no teeth were pulled from my mouth. . . definitely meant to be. I will be scheduling a new consultation and appointment with a doctor I'm 100% confident and comfortable around. also wanted to add that I came to almost 2 hours after I had gotten home meaning I must've felt something, even if I was "Semi unconscious" to have any type of physical reaction. I filled out an Immense amount of medical paperwork, addressing all of my anxiety , never been under anesthesia etc. That should've been addressed from the start. Also Disregard all the spelling and punctuation errors,
