Dr. Schneider’s office has been the best experience I’ve had in my dental journey— he has taken every single concern, no matter how small, incredibly seriously & has gone above and beyond to ensure that my gums look and feel perfect. He is incredibly kind & earnest, on top of doing excellent work.

Every staff member in this office is so personable. After years and years of negative dental work experiences since childhood, this office has completely transformed my understanding of how comfortable, accommodating, and satisfying a dental experience can be. At every phase, from his undivided attention & active listening in consultations, to his pain management during treatments that goes far above any pain management I’ve ever received (he uses methods like vibration & numbing topicals while injecting the numbing needle, whereas most places I have been just inject the numbing needle as their only form of pain management), to his thorough communication of expectations in aftercare, to his generous follow-ups that continue until I am fully satisfied, Dr.

Schneider demonstrates an obvious passion for patient care. If you are a perfectionist or if you have apprehensions about dental work because of previous negative experiences (or because of overall dental anxiety), this office is one you can trust.

Dr. Thomas Schneider is awesome! I’ve been going to him for the past year and he makes it such a pleasure. His staff is just as nice! I wouldn’t go anywhere else he is the best! His work is excellent! I highly recommend if you need implants or periodontal work you won’t be disappointed!!

I called this office today to schedule a consultation/exam as a new patient, but I was turned away simply because I am self-referred, and my general dentist is in Monmouth County. I was told they only accept referrals from doctors, and those doctors must be local. While I understand that local dentists may have established relationships with specialists, I’m still curious as to why the decision to seek care would be restricted this way. Some patients, in fact, have no choice but to seek care out of their county due to the lack of specialists in their area. Shouldn’t the choice of where to seek treatment ultimately be up to the patient? Especially if they’re willing to commute for it.

After all, patients often travel across counties, states, or even countries for specialized care. Implants are not only highly profitable, but they are typically cash procedures and rarely covered by insurance. Having worked in the dental field for many years (though not currently), with both general dentists and specialists, I’ve never encountered a practice that would turn away a patient or deny a consultation simply because the patient is self-referred or because their general dentist is located outside the county. In my extensive experience across multiple dental offices and states, this is truly unheard of. After my call, I reached out to a few colleagues in the field, including RDAs and hygienists, and they were equally surprised, as were their doctors.

It seems the office might not need the business. Based on what I was told today, I would not recommend them. More and more, we are encountering negative experiences within the medical and dental fields, and it’s truly disheartening. As such, I can't provide a review of their actual care, only of this experience.

While it is never fun to need an implant, Dr Schneider and his entire team made it not so bad. Everyone was so kind and helpful every single time I called or went to the office. There were no surprises along the way.

Dr Schneider personally called me on the evenings of big procedures that I had done. I feel like the whole team goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them. Although I am happy to be done with my implant process I am a little sad I don’t have a need to go back to the office!
