Experience started off good they were nice and friendly but after a few months it made a drastic turn. I’ve had 3 different dentist coming in and out that no longer working there, constantly taking time off work to make an appointment that they keep rescheduling me for. The machine that scans your teeth keeps breaking down and i find out when i get to the appointment so my time is constantly wasted.
And as much money as they charge i don't see how they only have one piece of equipment. My experience has been some bs but maybe yours will be different.

The Clinic staff are great - front end not so much. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD BE PAYING. 3 times I've gotten incorrect estimates (visit quoted as $530, it was really $79 with my discount program most recently) they can't print out billing summaries, they can't show amounts paid on your receipt of payment, they can't find how previous payments were applied to your account. (all on 5/28/25) You get quoted a price in the office (deep cleaning - I was told it was $31.
80 with my plan, I asked REPEATEDLY if this was it? yes! absolutely positive it's only $31. 80 so approved the treatment and ) 2 months later I'm getting text messages telling me I still owe them $173. 20?? Billing practices are shady and predatory
