I just got out of my deep cleaning appointment and i don't even have words to express just how pleasant the experience was. I've been scared of the dentist and super sensitive to pain but Jordan (Periodontist/dentist) was so gentle. I am so happy with Ideal Dental in Hope Mills! ALL of the staff are DELIGHTFUL and it feels like they take pride in the care they have for their patients.
:) UPDATE: Just got 5 cavities filled and i had another STRESS FREE experience! i felt safe knowing that Myesha (dental assistant) was taking care of me. Swayden was cool too, super gentle. Great experience all around!

I saw Dr. Pilcher today for some fillings and it was one of the best experiences ever! He wasn’t aggressive at all and treated my mouth very gently. I wasn’t numb half the day and my jaw didn’t hurt. He was knowledgeable and transparent about what all work that was needing to be done.
Most of all, he respected my wishes as the patient and as a person when it came to how I’d like to go about my future procedures. Definitely two thumbs up and I will absolutely be back! Also, I’d like to give a great big thank you to LeAnis for her kind and warm consideration. She gave me the information that I needed and listened to my concerns. She was a real sweetheart! Thanks again team!

Jordan was simply amazing. I had such a great experience with her today. She was kind, educated me on my oral health, and was genuinely caring. The doctor was also great and even called the day after my appointment to make sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns. Highly recommend this facility. Front dest staff was also very pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Dentistry! They were very professional and made my visit top priority. They were engaging and very knowledgeable about what I needed. They made sure I was comfortable and confident in the decisions I made for my dental health. I left feeling very happy.
I would recommend them hands down. If you are feeling anxious about going to the dentist this is the place for you.
