They post on their website about a dental plan with no restrictions and then they won’t give it and won’t even call you back. “The dentist will have to see if it’s appropriate for you.” This after being a patient for 4 years who lost their dental insurance. Very poor customer service.

The staff moves my appointments without notice. Owner has a bad attitude. I was a patient for 2 years. My son was supposed to be seen and for unjustifiable reason they decline to call back even after I reached out again. I had broken teeth and again my appointment was not a priority for her.

I was scheduled to be seen for an infection. I was told I would get a call back for an appointment and I was not contacted. After a few days I reached out again and was told I would be contacted. Again, I was not contacted.

My insurance was already approved so the lack of service made no sense. My family had been patients here for over 3 years but due to poor service and lack of healthcare we have moved to a new facility. There I have been properly treated.

Very disturbing place. Owner is uncooperative and doesn’t handle business correctly. My husband was scheduled for an appointment. He had an abscess tooth and they canceled and never called me back. I was forced to get him into someone else an he was stared on antibiotics right away. This is a Neglectful company! I would not recommend.

I had been a patient for 3 1/2 years and they moved my appointments without reaching out and now I am forced to find a new place. She declined to call back for my children as well. I even reached out again an was only told they would contact me. Still nothing. My husbands health should have a priority for them. Poor.

*update 09-JUNE-2025 I seen my new dentist and he informed me this place lied to me about my wisdom teeth, I have a space on my upper left wisdom tooth and she said there was nothing she could do about it and I would need to get them extracted. (Which pays them good money) Now only to find out, she purposely wasn’t going to help me instead worried about her income and recommended I get my teeth pulled. Thank goodness I didn’t take her recommendation.
