When I called to make appt I asked if the receptionist could give me an approximate estimate of consult appt length. I was told ‘should be on 15 min if you have no extensive questions’. I thought perfect! (My appt was at 3pm and I have a 5pm appt later on. ) I did all my paperwork electronically prior to appt. I arrived, handed receptionist my paper referral that I received from my dentist who sent me there. I sat in lobby until almost 3:45 pm with no word from front offce. I walked upto window and said I had to leave as I had another appt.

She replied ‘ok’. I had to ask for my referral back so I knew what I needed to schedule when I called another oral surgeon offce. Anyone with ‘customer service’ sense would’ve said ‘my apologies let me ask how much longer before they call you back. ’ I guess you are suppose to sit there for as long as they want you to. I called my dentist offce back to let them know what happened and I called someone else.

I’ve had a lot of work done these past few months. Prior, I was fearful of the dentist & having to pay out of pocket, made me even more nervous. The staff, Dr. Thompson, are so friendly and comforting.

Everything has healed wonderfully and it makes a world of difference, when you have understanding, friendly people, who help you through your journey of getting teeth pulled and planning for your future. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hi what a GREAT doc!! Pulling a tooth is never pleasant but this Doctor and staff made it great! Dr. Thompson has a great bedside manner. He is warm , caring and gentle. Taylor made me so comfortable! I was so nervous but this staff was like a soothing balm! If you need an oral surgeon do not hesitate to go to this facility!!👍🏼❗️💯
