This was previously posted and removed - if it is removed again, I am contacting the BBB. If a patient chooses not to undertake a recommended treatment this DOES NOT INTERPRET to making a routine cleaning the most horrible experience ever. A duty to inform is reasonable and expected, however, this horrible experience was intentional and is unconscionable, shameful and has caused a great deal of stress.
Be mindful of the impact of your unethical behavior on patients.

I have been a patient of Dr.G’s for years! He is kind and thoughtful.He listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. The practice will work with you with a payment plan (if needed.) Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

They charged me $69 today when I went in for jaw pain for them to do absolutely nothing about it but not only that, they told me they *would* be able to order a custom night guard for me if I had insurance but because I currently don't, the receptionist said, AND I QUOTE, "well people like you deserve to have your teeth rot and fall out. " Even though I offered to pay out of pocket for the guard and for my outstanding bill from a cleaning I had done on April 30th (the last day of my insurance coverage but due to a clerical error they marked it as May 1st and so it was not covered!!!), they REFUSED to accept any money from me saying they want me to file a claim with the insurance THAT I DONT CURRENTLY HAVE.
I have never experienced something so unprofessional and insulting from healthcare providers. Do not go here!

Office staff always (especially Candace) is accommodating and works with my schedule. Dr. Han always explains every step of procedures and is very gentle and kind and .. Dr G is very skilled and funny .They make you feel as relaxed as possible through uncomfortable procedures.Feels like family is taking care of you
