I don't know what has happened to this office but all the changes they have made have been for the worse, they cancel appointments on the same day that they corresponded to you, request to see you with DR Magalis and she can never put you with another person, wait two months for a procedure and at the last minute they canceled me because they don't have a doctor.

I am being generous giving this office one star. They claim to give you an appointment but when you get there they tell you they operate on a first come first serve basis. My mother got to the office around 8:30 and the Dr. didn’t’ get there until passed 10:00.
This is insulting and very inconsiderate to patients. Long story short, my mother left the office at 12:30 without being seen. Stay away!-If you can.

Great service!! I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant to book an appointment, but I had no issues. I have Healthfirst insurance and it covers dental. The service is great and the dentist is very nice. I had a general cleaning and the dentist cleared out all my plaque and advised on better cleaning habits. I highly recommend this place for a very thorough cleaning!!
