From the first phone call to the first appointment I was amazed at the efficiency of the staff. Each person was nicer then the next. They were all welcoming and kind. I was the one on a time crunch and the staff was accomodating. I had a cleaning, exrays and consult.
No one rushed me and they were so patient. The dentist thoroughly went over everything and gave me options and then helped develop a plan. Then the exiting with Pamela the office manager!! She took so much time explaining everything and trying to help me make appointments based on my crazy schedule. I was so glad someone recommended this office to me!

I started going to Dr Rubas when I lived in Piermont where she is based. My wife and I moved about 40 minutes away in New Jersey in 2020 and still happily make the drive for our appointments. The staff are personal, flexible and very proactive. They work hard to make our appointments fit our schedule and are persistent problem solvers. Always with a personal touch. I’m amazed at the details they remember about our conversations which make me feel very welcome and cherished. The main reason we stick with Dr Ruba and her team is TRUST.
Non of those other things would count if we didn’t have full confidence in the process and the professional execution. If you’re debating where to go for your dental needs, I can’t recommend them more highly. Dental work stinks. It just does. Dr Ruba and her team have next level customer service that make it a pleasant experience every time. That’s dedication to excellence!
