I had to get a filling done during this visit and was super nervous of what was to come. Domonique(dental assistant) made me laugh and feel comfortable and Dr. Heffea continued to keep me relaxed and talked me through everything step by step; he really took his time with me.

Laree sealed the deal when she did my actual filing by being patient and speaking with me. Overall it was a great experience at Hudec Dental!

I’ve been getting teeth cleaning, including deep cleaning, for many decades, so I’m well-versed in what to expect during the procedure and the associated costs. However, my experience with deep cleaning at Hudec Dental Euclid was far from satisfactory. Firstly, they failed to provide me with a comprehensive estimate of my future bills for the services rendered during my visit. It turned out that the initial estimate was inaccurate and didn’t align with the actual claim sent to my insurance company. This resulted in significant additional expenses that I had not anticipated.

Secondly, my dental hygienist refused to polish my teeth and apply fluoride after the deep cleaning. She informed me that she would do these tasks during my second appointment. Lastly, the most crucial aspect of the procedure was the lack of anesthesia. My hygienist failed to administer anesthesia before starting the cleaning process. I refused to schedule the second appointment at that location, but they proceeded without my consent, forcing me to cancel it.

I strongly advise against deep cleaning at the Euclid location. Please avoid making the same mistakes I did and seek a reputable dental facility for your deep cleaning needs.

I had two crowns removed and prepped for new ones. Both the dentist and his assistant were amazing! Told me play by play what they were doing which was extremely helpful. I have been to many dentists and never had that happen. I am left wondering what are they doing now? Very much appreciated!
