My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Nelson-Mangatal for over two years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. One of the things we love most is how respectful they are of your time, appointments always run on schedule, and we’ve never experienced long waits in the office. Both dental hygienists are excellent at what they do. Cleanings are thorough yet gentle, and they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. The office staff is also fantastic, always welcoming, organized, and helpful with scheduling, billing, and insurance questions. You can tell they work well as a team, and the positive atmosphere makes every visit feel easy and stress-free.

Dr. Nelson-Mangatal herself is warm, attentive, and genuinely gets to know you as a patient. You’re greeted with a friendly, familiar face every time you walk through the door. She has a great way of easing nerves and always works with you to make your visit as smooth as possible. What really sets her apart is her honesty and integrity when it comes to treatment plans. I’ve had past experiences where I was handed a $10,000 procedure plan by an office manager and pressured into financing options. That has NEVER happened here.

Dr. Nelson-Mangatal only recommends what is truly necessary and always explains everything clearly. It’s a small practice where the doctor is hands-on and involved in all aspects of your care, which makes a huge difference. We truly feel well taken care of and trust her completely. Highly recommend!

The staff at this dental office is very friendly, helpful and caring. I always feel welcome and relaxed because of how everyone makes an effort to ensure that I am comfortable. Any anxiety I may have usually diminish with the cheerfulness of Dr. Jacqueline and her staff. For someone who doesn’t like to visit the dentist, it’s really a PLEASURE to visit this office.
