Dentist in Swainsboro, GA
I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office. If you get any Medicaid it is pointless to even become a patient with them. I set up appointments a few times & I realized that every time I went they would never do a full dental care. I got my teeth cleaned, but according to them my governmental insurance doesn’t cover for me to get my cavities filled in. The lady convinced me to pay out of pocket which was any where from $400-$800 for 3/4 different teeth. She didn’t even try to help me come up with a plan to be accommodated. Also the lady that cleaned my teeth was extremely rough on my teeth/gums and I am African American. I felt so out of place. She also didn’t clean out all the toothpaste out of my mouth. It was stuck all in top & bottom of my gums & back of my mouth.
My gums were sore for two days or more. Prior to that she talked about how she was always late and that her toddler had a meltdown I believed she has a toddler and she was works in the front office & would be the one that unlocks the dentist office. I felt like she took out her anger. & frustrations out on me. Totally unfair. I felt like I was being discriminated and I’m awful frightful of just allowing/trusting the healthcare field. It’s the biggest paying. Back when I use to go to the dentist they would fill your cavities and then clean your teeth. The owner also even checked one of my teeth that has a cavity in the wedge of it with a small mirror. He knew that that tooth would break eventually and a few days ago it did.
He didn’t warn me or tell me what he saw or anything. I told the lady whom cleaned my teeth that I would find another dentist because as I stated I don’t think African Americans are treated fairly or really welcomed unless you paying out of pocket. They love the big bills here. I will be reporting them to my Medicaid company for discrimination. Please be aware people who you allow to work on you. I want you to know that this is my EXPERIENCE. I can’t speak on the behalf of anyone else. Blessings.

We were overly impressed with our experience here. My son broke off his front tooth and was mortified. Dr Brinson did an AMAZING job rebuilding his tooth. It looks absolutely perfect in matching with his other teeth. I expected to be able to tell a little bit of a difference but I can’t.
He was so nice and made my son feel so comfortable. We are beyond pleased. My kids now beg to go have their teeth cleaned. Fabulous job!

Love Dr. Brinson and his staff! They get you in promptly and lay out all your options for treatment without trying to pressure you. The massage chair is great, too!
