The first time I called to schedule an appointment I asked if my insurance was accepted and was told that it was. Even on their website it says most PPOs are accepted which is what mine is. I had my wellness exam and was not charged any co pay. On my 6 month follow up I had another wellness exam scheduled and when I was checking in I was told I owed a $40 co pay.

I asked why did I owe a co pay this time and not the previous time and was told that they “forgot” to charge me the first time…. I’m not sure what really happened but there was a mix up somewhere .

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. I’ve been dealing with a painful tooth infection, nausea, and headaches, and instead of addressing the actual issue, the focus was constantly on upselling me services I didn’t need. To make things worse, there’s a clear lack of communication in the office. The dentist told me one thing, and the receptionist said something completely different. They promised to call me back with next steps, and never did.

It felt like my health and pain were secondary to their sales goals. I came here looking for relief and proper care, but instead I felt ignored and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually needs urgent dental treatment or honest, patient-focused care.

The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and super friendly—I can’t express how caring they were. That alone is why I rated 2. 5 stars. However, the major issue is time management when it comes to appointments. Two weeks ago, I waited over 2. 5 hours past my scheduled time to be seen.

Yesterday, I waited another 1 hour and 10 minutes before finally asking, only to be told the surgeon was still in the operating room. No one informed me of the delay, offered an alternative, or even called when the surgeon became available. Yet, in the days leading up to my appointments, I received multiple calls, texts, and emails reminding me of my scheduled time. If only the same commitment was shown in keeping appointments on track. Great staff, but the scheduling system needs serious improvement
