Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness at this clinic. The dental assistant was snappy and rude during my 3 visits. I had only dental evaluations at my first two visits, no services done. My third appointment I was scheduled to get two crown preppings on tooth number 2 & 3. When I arrived for this appointment and brought to the room, the dental assistant came to tell me that I was also getting a filling on tooth number 31. I told her I was unaware that I needed a filling on that tooth and that the dentist hadn’t discussed with me about needing a filling on it. I said would like to know more about the cavity on that tooth before deciding to get filling on it. She rudely replied “it’s fine I’ll remove it. ” Then she told me I am also having a deep cleaning today. So I said, I didn’t make an appoinment for that. The dental assistant replied that I was told in my initial visit that I needed it.

I replied yes, but I would like to finish getting my crowns and then proceed to deep clean. That I didn’t intend to get a deep cleaning today. So she said that fine she’ll remove it. She stepped out of the room breifly and when she returned she said this to me. “The dentist said for you to find someone else to do all services for the crown and deep cleaning. He is refusing to do the services for you. ” (WTF?) I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. I asked her why? She then replied “I don’t know, maybe you were rude. ” (WTF!) That’s when my blood pressure started to rise. I told her that I have never spoke to anyone rudely at this clinic. I came here last week at my second appointment to schedule this appointment for getting crowns on two tooth.

Coming in today I suddenly realise that they have me down for services that was not discussed or confirmed with me. I have been patient and nicely declined those services for today. I wasn’t given a chance to talk to Dr. Farah about getting these services done at a later time. But now he is refusing to see me as a patient. I don’t know if it was the rude dental assistant or Dr. Farah himself who is handling this situation badly. Whatever and whoever is the culprit, this is the worst experience ever. I walked out of this clinic and will never return.

I was happier BEFORE the extraction of 6 teeth, 4 of which I believe were unnecessarily removed. I’m not sure if this is to make insurance pay more or what but the assistant was condescending and less than empathetic. Not to mention my dentures didn’t fit so now I have to go with holes in my face until I can go back to get them fixed.

The Dr himself was very nice but other than that, I didn’t have much of a positive experience.
