This is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The office is beautiful and everyone couldn’t have been nicer. The whole staff made me feel welcome. I had my wisdom teeth removed and had always been so scared of doing it.
Dr Byrd couldn’t have made the process smoother and Amanda Lester is a wonderful hygenist. She was patient and sweet throughout the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone!

We have been going to see Amanda and Dr Byrd for about 4 years now. I followed Amanda as my hygienist from another office she worked in prior to work at High Point Dentistry. Everyone from front staff to clinical is always very kind, polite, patient, and personable. Amanda does an amazing job cleaning for not only myself, but my younger daughter too.
Dr Byrd always explains everything with great knowledge and phrases/describes what needs to be done in ways that are easy to understand. I have recommended this practice to other family members and friends who have since started seeing the dentists and they all always have wonderful things to say. I highly recommend this office!

This is the first time with this dentistry, and I am so happy I made the change. It has been a very long time since I have received this high of a level of customer service from any local business in the region. They provide patient care that is thorough and intentional. Amanda was my hygienist to help me get through initial patient setup. She was so upbeat and personal from the moment I walked in.
I am not a very nervous person when I get to the dentist, but if you are, she would ease that tension quickly. Dr. Moore is my dentist and was the main reason why I switched. His knowledge, patient care, and explanations for what he saw made sense and were second to none. Emily was the hygienist that did my cleaning.
I feel like my teeth went through the best shower of their life as they feel so much cleaner. She was very conscious of any sensitive areas and was very personal in her conversations. She made quick work of it! I would recommend anyone in the triad region to make the drive to see this team because they will take care of you well.

Dr. Phillips is kind, and honest. He covers everything that he needs to do. I like his staff and they all make you feel comfortable, even if you are afraid of dentists. He’s the nicest doctor I’ve been to.
