Doctor Higgins has a wonderful staff very friendly and go that extra mile to see that you are happy with everything that they have done and are going to do to your teeth. Doctor Higgins himself I like everything he does and is going to do ,he explains it so I can understand it and does the most pain less procedures . You guys don't need to change a thing. Some time ago, I enlisted the services of Higgins Dentistry to fashion a lower Denture. The device required the use of two Installed implant posts. I made weekly visits to their office, while providing the funds he required. To make a long story short, the finished product was an absolute disaster. He could not fit the device properly so I could chew. Giving up, He said "there was nothing else he could do.
" After months of work and some $3,000 dollars I was left with a useless piece of plastic. I was devastated, to say the least. I returned to his office on November 18th last year, with an offer to redo the denture again at my cost. He said he would. I have waited patiently to hear from he. But he has never called back.
Apparently, His bottom line was more important than the service he provides. I don't know if the color off my skin or my senior status had anything to do with end result. But I am left saddened and disheartened Integrity is important to me, and that is what I look for in a service. Unfortunately, I did not find it here
