I had horrible jaw problems and a cross bite. I was told i would need surgery. Thanks to Doc i have a beautiful smile and no more pain or lock jaw. The staff was always nice and gentle. I know a lot of kids who have gone here hand have amazing smiles. Thanks for your hard work.

I went in for a second round of Braces in my lifetime because my teeth have begun to shift in my 40’s. I was recommended for Invisalign and was told a 3 month treatment should be sufficient to make the correction. It’s been over a year, and my teeth are still not straight, even while following the doctors orders religiously. I informed the doctor at my last appointment my bite was off and I was not able to chew greens properly.
I was told they would adjust to normal once I switched to wearing them to only night time in 2 weeks. Here it is 2 months later and I still can’t break down my food properly when chewing. Before I began my treatment, I had purchased a teeth whitening kit from my dentist, which I was advised I should not do while on Invisalign. Then at my last appointment, he changed his mind and I was advised I could do that, which of course was after my whitener had expired.
The cost has well exceeded the outcome and experience. I would not recommend nor would I return here for future treatment. My son had braces at Wilson’s and I observed him to receive much better treatment and outcome in his teeth.

My daughter has an appliance to bring a tooth up to it’s proper location. We’re in Greenville and Dr Herremans had one of his clinicians stop on her way home to see my daughter for a consult. And not only my daughter, but one before us and there was someone to see her after us.
Thanks Laurie for working a full day and still setting our mind to ease. This office is amazing!!!! So accommodating and friendly! Never felt like an inconvenience !!! Highly recommended !!!

The staff in the back is friendly and nice. Only problem is the lady who handles the billing named Shellie. I came in one appointment - i was told I was ahead 3 months and I didn’t need to pay anything that day. . I come back the next month she comes to me with an extremely rude attitude and bobbing her head head back and fourth to say she’s going to end treatments because I haven’t paid in months.
The customer getting blamed for their misinformation. . I’d recommend finding somewhere else unless you can deal with a condescending greeting every time you come in .
