He was rather dismissive and seemed too bothered. Not sure if he was having a bad day. But, he said in front of my daughter that he wanted to sedate her assuming she wouldn’t be still. I knew she could because she has handled quite a bit in her short amount of years very well. She ended up crying and was terrified.

He then proceeds to suggest that there aren’t many dentists out there who would use laughing gas or any other method. Yet, I was given a list of dentists who do just that. Definitely didn’t leave feeling hopeful at all and I won’t go back there.

He had my 5 year old get 4 caps for her teeth. $3000 later 2 of them fell off within 5 months. Showvaker tells us it's our fault they fell out and will do nothing to fix them. We take our daughter to another dentist.

The new dentist tells us the caps fell out because there was nothing for the caps to connect to on the old teeth. The new dentist tells us that the caps should not have been put on at all and that the person that did the procedure should have known this. Do not go to this dentist.

I don’t normally leave reviews. He voiced everything about the procedure. My son has autism and was completely understanding. Made a quick and easy visit! Would recommend this place to anyone! Even the front desk women made everything super easy! :)

I had a foster child placed in my care after years of having his dental work neglected. He was in severe pain and having issues sleeping and I couldn’t get him into a new/nicer dentist within a reasonable time as a new patient so I called his longtime dentist that he previously saw (Dr. Showvaker) even though he is over an hour and a half from my house, and asked if they could get him in sooner since he was established. They squeezed him about a week later and acknowledged that we are very far away.

We got there after the long drive, they opened his mouth and said there is nothing they could do for him and he needed to see an adult dentist (he just turned 14) and then questioned why we didn’t go somewhere closer to our house. We explained the situation and then he turned us away saying there is nothing he could do. He was extremely rude, the office was gross, and I would absolutely advise no one to come to this dentist.
