After my last dentist of 17 years retired I didn’t think I’d find another dentistry home. I’m so glad I was wrong. I’ve never been happier with my dentist! Everyone here is amazing, from the front desk to the hygienist. Dr. Gallos is the absolute best. I knew I had myself a winner when I got a follow-up call from him after a root canal. He cares about his patients.

After looking at the ‘good’ reviews, I scheduled an appointment with heritage grove family dental. They only called ONCE to fill out the forms, which I was at work when they called. I told the lady I would get it done before showing up. I did. They texted me to let me know the copay, I wanted to reschedule at first but they asked for $50 fee. Understandable.
AFTER I said I don’t want to reschedule at this time they sent me confirmation that my appointment was still for 6:40pm. I show up and the 2 older girls in the front said they canceled my appointment. Why did they not let me know they canceled it??? Before I drove over here and wasted my time. Let patients know if you cancel on them. Very unprofessional.

I can’t say enough to express my satisfaction, appreciation & recommendation of Dr. Gallos and his excellent staff. Dr. Gallos is one of the most talented, caring & compassionate doctors I have ever seen.
He truly takes his patients best interest into consideration with each treatment plan. He also works with a network of incredible dental specialists so that he can make sure his patients are in the best hands. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.
