Dr Jacob Kamm and both his assistants are absolutely amazing!! They always stop and make sure I’m okay during any procedure they do, always makes sure I’m not in any pain and if I am he stops, treats it and waits until I’m okay to continue.

He’s been over all great to work with, very professional and just seems like a great genuine person!! He’s been helping me get my smile back to normal, I couldn’t thank him and his team enough!!

Never met the staff but my experience over the phone was good enough for me to cancel. I made an appointment for my son a few weeks ago who got hurt and chipped his tooth at school. The scheduler who took the information seemed a little annoyed when I would ask her questions. I brushed it off that maybe she was having a bad day. But what really upset me was when their scheduler called the day before his appointment (And I had already requested off work for this appointment) lying saying my son's insurance is coming up inactive.

I said to her I'll call the insurance and find out what's going on and asked what time they close. She said we close at 4p and had called me at 3:57p!!!! I found out he WAS active still and tried calling back (3 minutes later) and left a message and no called me back. I'm good. I don't want their service✌🏾

I am beyond disappointed in the quality of service I received from this office. I went in for an oral exam and to my surprise I had a surface cavity between two teeth. When I went back for the cavity to be filled (3/4/25) I had an uneasy feeling but against my better judgement decided to move forward. That evening when the numbness wore off, I felt a rough patch of filling material sticking behind my teeth and there was now a space in between my teeth which cut my tongue several times as I was trying to feel the rough protrusion.

I called and went back the following morning to which the dentist said he had missed some of the filling material while smoothing out the surface. This would be understandable if it was a small particle but I saw it myself using my iPhone light and a mirror…so I’m not sure how someone two inches from my mouth couldn’t see his own work. I left unsatisfied; the area was smoother, but that space was still there. Fast forward to last evening (3/11/25) as I was brushing and flossing my teeth as usual, the filling came off my tooth and was lodged in my gums between the two teeth.

Immediately in a panic I tried to push it back in its place…and here we are today (3/12/25) as I leave this review. There is no additional service that this office could provide me, I would never trust them with one of my most valuable assets again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now, I have to spend additional time finding a new dentist, wait for an appointment, and then undergo a corrective filling?!
