I waited an hour and then was told it could be another hour. I had to leave and made another apptmt for which I lost date & time so I have been calling for @3+ weeks. It rings once then goes to recording machine; which I leave message. I thought maybe they were on vacation, something happened. I noticed this office had overwhelming amount of patients so now I'm thinking they don't need or want me n perhaps put my # to be not answer.

. . but to not even call me back is so unprofessional. Very disappointed.

The worst experience I have had with any medical professional in my life. Nurses were great, but Dr. Heiden was the rudest dentist I have ever met. I went to get my teeth fixed-- his opinions on my tattoos were unnecessary as was his answering personal phone calls while consulting with me.

Also, was oh so happy to hear "you're no miss America, but you should still have a pretty smile. " Overall, a jerk. Would rather have my teeth rot out than ever go back there again.

After two terrible experiences with this office, I decided to change. I went to the office to sign paperwork for release of my information and x-rays to be sent to a new dentist - however, they said it would take 30-45 business days for this to happen. Which is beyond me as to why I have to go to a new location to fix a filling that wasn't done correctly, and wait this long for my information to be sent. Eventually I was told that they could send my x-ray to an email, to which the new office never received. This was my second filling that was not done correctly. I'm giving two stars because Dr.

Heiden did fix the first one some, it still feels rough, and did not charge me. However, his attitude is not the best and he is very rough while working in your mouth. The staff at the front desk also needs to take on better personalities and smile more. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, and I wish I would have never gone to begin with.

He don't get one star. That's the only way I could post. This dentist refused to fill my daughter cavities because of the tartar build up they didn't remove on her initial visit. The nurse said was food. He could have easily rinse her mouth. EXCUSES .

They had her in tears. I could hear them saying that girl was not in pain. Not at the moment but I took her to the ER after her first visit so I would know. He just didn't want to spend his time on a Medicaid patient.
