First off, they sent in charges before I received services to the finance co. I was billed $1500 for services I did NOT receive. But they got the money, which I disputed. The worst customer service ever. Bogus, fraudulent charges. Make sure you do not sign up for any of their financial aid, its a rip off. After the dispute I only got credit for part of the charges I would not recommend this business, non-professional, unsanitary office. Very cheap products that you're overcharged for. They will destroy your records to cover up their lies.

I first started going in 2016. No record on file . How do you not have a record on file for a bridge, and when I went back in 2017 because a crown from the bridge came unglued. They sent in old records to falsify charges for an impression. FRAUD. I did not get an impression in 2017 but I have been charged for one sent to the finance co. Also, so called office manager is unprofessional at the highest level. Overall rating =0

Scheduled a consultation online and received a confirmation email. Went in at the time and employee went off on me for coming in at 12:30. Definitely let me know I was disturbing her lunch and tells me not to ever Schedule anything anywhere around this time because of lunch. First of all, if she couldn't help me she should had shut tf up. Secondly, if there's booking issues, it's not on me.

That's a them problem to solve. People like her is why it's hard to support BOB. Needless to say, I will not be allowing them in my mouth.
