Real good experienceed staffing, they've been helping my family for decades since my grandmother, mom, and me since birth. The front office Hispanic lady deserves more than recognition for years to decades of consistent assistance for us.

I had to wait over two hours for a nurse to call back and give me an appointment time to bring my 6 year old daughter who had been burning with fever of over 102 for about two days. The time of call back would not have bothered me as much, if I had not witnessed how the nurses were gossiping and joking around in a "lab room" while sick children and parents waited to be called into the office. I finally made the appointment for 3:20, and was still waiting at that time to be called in. One of the nurses did three tests on my daughter: strep, flu, and Covid. While waiting for the Dr to come see my daughter inside the patient room, my daughter asked me to bring her to the bathroom. By now, we had been waiting almost an hour (long time for a 6 year old). I walk out of the door and the doctor is coming my way, blocking my path, saying that my daughter tested positive for Covid to go back in the room immediately. Both of us were wearing masks, and I was holding both my daughter's hands as for her not to touch anything. She basically escorted us to the room, although I told her that my daughter just needed to use the restroom. She proceeds to tell me that she didn't know if my daughter would be able to use that bathroom! I'm dumbfounded. . . . . . .
. what!? Listen, I understand as much as the next person the importance of not spreading illnesses and germs, but that was a bit much. Not allowing a little kid, feverish mind you, to use a restroom in a health facility, because she is SICK!? How does that make sense. . . . I did not receive the results of the test on paper, they then proceeded to give me an excuse for my daughter's school with someone else's name on it. . . . (because I guess we all look alike) and in less than 2 seconds a nurse escorted us to a "back exit" so we could leave the building. Heavyhearted and humiliated, I just feel we were treated so poorly. They made us feel like we were carrying the black death! Dr. Sarac, et al. most definitely need better customer/human service skills, with perhaps a little sprinkle of Empathy. Another thing was that I was speaking to her in English, and she kept acting like she didn't understand what I was saying (little background here.
. . . I taught English-grades from High school to seventh grade, for about 22 years!) They treated my daughter and I as if they were doing us a favor by seeing us. . . . I paid for their services. . . . whatever the insurance required me to; which is not decided by me. I would have paid full price even, to ensure my daughter was able to recover. I don't think I'm ever stepping into that building again.

I came January 7 for a dental appointment for my daughter and I waited 30 minutes to tell me they will have to reschedule for the 26th and when I came they said their system was down I waited for more than 30 minutes and I asked if they were going to see my daughter! The lady there said I’m not sure if there going to see her just sit and wait!!!! Every time I come the wait is like an 1 hour or more!!! & the lady there is so rude there just on there phones!!!!

Inconvenient as the dental office schedules appointments 2 months in advance (as as I found out, no teeth cleanings until 3 months from then) so the only way to see them was to "walk in" and hope they could get to me for a cracked tooth. I was told to arrive about 45 minutes before they opened the doors, so I arrived at 7 a. m.
and then was taken into the room around 8:15 where a very courteous and professional assistant did take my information, blood pressure and x-rays. The doctor was professional and listened to my concerns and expertly treated me. The minuses on the facility were the inability for them to schedule routine appointments in reasonable time, and in my particular room there were two photographs of gum diseased mouths staring right at me a few feet away.
One would think those photographs were not appropriate to post right in front on patients. I also note that the blood pressure machine seemed to be giving an extraordinarily high reading and when I expressed surprise at the reading they pulled in another machine that read a much more lower and more normal reading.
