I am a relatively new patient here. The service from this staff is excellent. They are so warm, professional and welcoming from the administrative staff at the desk to the hygienist, Jamie, I had the pleasure to work with me to of course Dr. Minadeo-Fox.
They have a polished up to date office and technologies that make even the biggest chicken, like me, feel at ease and secure that I am getting the best, well-meaning, comprehensive care. This office is a gem and a gold standard for all healthcare practices. If you have any doubts, discard them and call for your appointment today. You'll wish you had come sooner!

I have been beyond happy with my appointments so far with Dr Fox! She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable, relaxed, as well as educated on what she is doing and why! I drive over a hour passing several dentist to come see her because of the care she offers! Her staff is amazing, friendly, compassionate, and down to earth! I am excited to continue to see my results from Dr Fox on the smile I always wanted! Cheers to all of you and the care provided at Dr Fox office!

Drove up from Columbus because I trust Minadeo and have been going to her for years and I took off from 3 jobs for my appt today and the office ladies first gave someone else’s entire information sheet. someone named Melanie, telling me to correct everything thinking it was mine. Then they tell me that my insurance benefits ran out because I had my wisdom teeth pulled and it would be $500 out of pocked for my teeth to be cleaned. They waited until I was sitting in their office to inform me of this instead of running it when I made the appointment or a few days before when they confirmed the appt with me! Had to reschedule for another cleaning for over a year after my first one of the year.
Absolute joke of staff at the front desk. Been going to Minadeo for years and her staff have only gotten worse. Definitely going to find someone I Columbus because the BS the office staff pull has gotten annoying

Dr. Claudia Minadeo-Fox is truly a one-of-a-kind dentist! From the moment you walk into her office, you're met with warmth, professionalism, and an unmatched level of care. She is incredibly thorough, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about dentistry. Honestly, she should be an educator—her ability to explain procedures and treatment options in a way that makes sense is beyond impressive. I initially came to Dr. Fox for Invisalign, but after meeting her and her incredible staff, she quickly became my go-to dentist. Every appointment is accurate, efficient, and never involves unnecessary drilling or procedures. Her bedside manner is excellent—she is so gentle, especially with needles (which I personally hate). While that part of the process isn’t my favorite, I truly appreciate how quick and mostly painless my visits are. I'm really excited about my new smile journey! I had braces in the past but didn’t wear my retainer, and Dr.
Fox is now helping me improve my overbite and TMJ pain. She’s not only highly skilled in general dentistry but also in cosmetic dentistry. We’re planning to start composite bonding to restore my teeth from years of grinding, and I couldn't be more thrilled! Dr. Fox doesn’t just treat teeth—she believes in whole-body health, and that philosophy is evident throughout her practice. Her staff is beyond friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible when it comes to scheduling. I can always get an appointment within my requested timeframe, and they even notify me if an earlier opening becomes available. Plus, the office is conveniently located right off Wilson Mills, with plenty of parking. One of the best things about Dr. Fox is that she isn’t pushy—she genuinely cares about what’s best for her patients, and her work speaks for itself. Her standard of care is truly unmatched.
She even sells an amazing mouthwash that has completely transformed my oral health—I left mine at my parents' house once and immediately had to stock up on multiple bottles! From clear aligners to general and cosmetic dental care, Dr. Fox and her team provide top-tier service at reasonable prices, with flexible payment plans. Her staff is so kind, remembers your name, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. She’s also great with kids! While a part of me wants to gatekeep Dr. Fox (because she’s that good), she deserves every five-star review and all the recognition for the phenomenal care she provides. I absolutely love her, and the world should know!! If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about her patients, look no further. Dr. Fox is the absolute best!
