Love this dental office. They are very patient with children and the parents. The best one I've been to in a long time. My children love it here! All the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

Heaven Sent

I use to be a patient with health care partners of SC. I chose the dentist office of Karen Berrios because she was in network. Everything was fine during the first couple of visits. But on the visit I had to get my impressions for dentures was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. As the plate was put in my mouth for the upper impression, I began to gag. This made me throw up a little on my bib that was placed around my neck. So the plate was taken out immediately by Dr. Berrios.

Her immature, inconsiderate, unprofessional assistant took it upon her self to laugh and walk out of the room to go and gossip about what had just happened to me in the room during my impressions to another employee. Not waiting until I left and speaking loudly enough for me to hear. Causing embarrassment to me. Not once did she apologize to me for her childish and unprofessional behavior when brought to the attention of management. After both impressions were made I asked Dr. Berrios when my dentures would be available for pick up. She stated in December. Well I have not received any dentures in December and have called every other week to get an update, but was always told, “we will call you when they come in “.

As of February 29th 2024, I have not heard anything back from Dr. Berrios office about my dentures and even had my insurance company call on my behalf. Dr. Berrios office chose to let the call go to voicemail when the insurance company called. But when I called myself Dr. Berrios office answered my call in which I told them to cancel my dentures and that I no longer wanted to be a patient of HEALTH CARE PARTNERS OF SC. Such a traumatic experience without any empathy from this dental office.

I used to HATE going to the dentist like most people do. Dr. Karen Berrios changed all of that for me. Even with injections she’s so great!! Her and her staff are so friendly and helpful in person as well as on the phone. She’s giving me my smile back and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
