Absolutely horrible experience! Would not recommend AT ALL!!! Walked in to the receptionist having a personal conversation with someone and continued even though people were waiting. People who had appointments after mine were called in before me. Female DR never introduced herself and was literally trying to stretch my mouth wider than it actually is. I explained to her she was hurting me and she brushed it off like it didn’t matter.
She claims I needed more dental work done and seemed to get mad when I said I would not let her continue to do anything to me. Do not waste your time going here. 1 star is too much

The worst place they lost my daughter's crown now trying to put a silver one and the older dentist is rough and rude and don't know what's he's doing he needs to retire

I been going to this dentist for years now thanks to my mom , dentist is the best but the receptionist never answers your calls and mess up with your appointments. I’m a busy person and the receptionist aren’t considering of that.
I love my dentist but I think after this work I will find another dentist, it’s very frustrating that I call 30 times and never get an answer, mind you they rescheduled my appointment but can’t answer to confirm. Over it !

I took my 5 year old son here last week for a cleaning and thankfully he had a good experience. The staff were very nice and Dr. Rosin was very patient with him. I made an appointment for myself but I had a completely different experience with her. The tool she was using in my mouth burned my lips. I told her it was burning me and she said it's because my mouth isn't open wide enough. (My mouth was open as far as it could go.
) The suction wasn't in place properly and the water was choking me and I could feel it coming up in the back of my nose. THEN twice during the cleaning she hit a sensitive spot and I flinched. Her exact words were "in dentistry when you feel pain, you need to raise your hand. If you move, I won't be able to help you. " At one point instead of moving her chair to work on the other side of my mouth, she had the weight of her entire arm resting on top of my face. When the cleaning was done, she just said "you can go". The chair was still completely reclined, the tray was over my lap and I still had the bib on.
When I was halfway out the door she tells me I don't have any cavities and to come back in 6 months. I don't know what her problem is but I have never experienced anything like that before at a dentists office. She is extremely unprofessional and seems inexperienced. Thank God she didn't treat my son the way she treated me, but we still won't be going back to that office. Also, the exam rooms reek of cat urine.
