I have been calling all day to get an appointment because In agony and the receptionist keeps hanging up on me, put me on hold one time for 10 minutes just to say hello then hang up on me.. I literally heard her slam the phone down.. ridiculous I'll never call for an appointment again.. so darn rude

I spoke to the receptionist before my appointment and provided them my insurance info. I was assured they would take it. Turns out they will not take it if you're a veteran. Terrible experience.
