I was charged a $50 cancellation fee for my appointment today, which I reluctantly paid without asking questions. When I asked if I could simply reschedule and make another appointment instead, I was told I still had to pay the appointment cancellation fee. I find this policy unfair to customers, with no flexibility or consideration. It felt more like a penalty than a reasonable charge.
Not a good customer experience. Best wishes for your business.

I feel part of the family now. I would like to say thank you Happy Smiles Team for the motherly support and kindness they have shown to us. They were able to take all 3 of my kids at one time. He’s very kind thoughtful and wants to make sure that you’re comfortable every step of the way as he explains what he is doing the staff is incredible.
