Happy Smiles Dentistry 11995 lives up to its name—my family actually leaves with grins! My 6-year-old was terrified of dentists, but Dr. Lee turned it around with her "smile safari" game, where he "hunts" for plaque with a special tool. The office is bright and playful, with wall decals of smiling animals and a small arcade in the waiting area. The hygienists are gentle, singing silly songs during cleanings to keep the kids distracted.
They offer weekend appointments, which is a lifesaver for our busy schedule, and the front desk handles insurance without a fuss. When my wife needed a last-minute filling, they squeezed her in. What’s best? They make Dental care feel fun—our kids now beg to go. Truly a happy place for smiles!

I recently visited this Dentist, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed indifferent, creating an atmosphere that added unnecessary stress to my visit. Not only did they fail to listen to my concerns, but their lack of empathy and disrespect for patients' feelings was evident throughout.
It's disappointing when a healthcare provider neglects the importance of patient comfort and communication. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone seeking a supportive and respectful environment for their Dental care.

They treated me and my disabled child so horribly. I don’t know what kind of “professional” place this is but I didn’t feel comfortable. The doctor and front desk lady are so terrible to the patience not just me. They talk to you in a condescending tone and make you feel belittled.
They don’t listen to your concerns and will lie their way out of a conversation or raise voices on us. I will be making a complaint to the office of Minnesota attorney general. Don’t come hereeee

Terrible experience kicked us out because they saw the review that someone in our family made. They are horrible people who don’t know how to communicate with their patience I’m surprised they’re still running a business might not be for long tho. I might have to have a talk with higher ups about how racist they’ve been to the Somali community especially. I hope nobody goes here and waste their time when there’s plenty of good Dentist that will take you guysss.
I felt gross entering, they make you wait past your appointment and let others in. Honestly didn’t even feel safe with their hands in my mouth but thank god I found a BETTER more HYGIENIC and WELCOMING establishment.
