Hamilton Riverside Dentistry is a riverside gem—combining top-notch care with a warm, community feel. My family’s been patients for 4 years, and we love the office’s cozy, waterfront-inspired decor with soft blues and river photos. Dr. Hamilton is fantastic with all ages—he made my 5-year-old laugh through her first cleaning by pretending to “fish” for plaque, and he explained my husband’s crown procedure in clear, jargon-free terms. The hygienists are thorough yet gentle, and they offer little touches like warm neck wraps during cleanings.
They’re flexible with schedules, fitting us in after work, and the front desk team is quick to help with insurance questions. When I had a toothache, they squeezed me in the same day. A practice that feels like part of the Hamilton neighborhood—we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First if you choose this dentist office DON'T PARK IN FRONT. I don't know why the wouldn't tell you where to park when making the appointment you would think they work with them. They have a parking lot behind the building.
They're good at overlapping appointments so if you have other things to do schedule 1st appointment of the day. It's a work in progress everything about the place seemed brand new even the employees.

I've had at least five visits at this office. Every time I waited at least 30 minutes in the waiting room, and at least 10 to 20 minutes in the chair. I had a root canal and my insurance denied a crown because my canals weren't completely filled. So I had to go back for a root canal retreatment. I felt super sick the next day and I think it's because of the chloroform used to loosen the filling in my root canal.
I've had to come back to get my bite adjusted because my filling wasn't drilled down properly. I also got another filling redone here, and once again I had to come back the next day to get my bite adjusted because the filling wasn't filed correctly. This office does not have quality care whatsoever, but the staff is very sweet.
