I always have a great experience here. One of my greater concerns about going to the dentist was feeling self conscious about my teeth. Dr. O' Brien and staff made me feel very at home and good about my future smile. I’m greeted with a smile when I walk in and they are always very caring and considerate. They work with my schedule and do a good job accommodating it.
The staff is friendly and considerate. The doctors are also friendly, care bout your comfort, explain what they are going to do, and will always answer your questions about your work being done. It’s also great that I have never been sent to another office to get extensive work performed. Overall this is an amazing place to have your dental work done.

Had an amazing experience today at H&O Dentistry. Been a patient for years and saw Dr. Dicicco today. Her bedside manner made me feel at ease as i had many questions. She was very thorough and professional.

Dr. Dicicco had the worst bed side manner I've ever experienced. I was a new patient to the practice. In the span of a 15 minute visit I was asked if I even had insurance and told that I'd rather get my nails done than take care of my teeth (I don't even get manicures). I grabbed my belongings and left immediately.
I then called to discuss the issue and to see if a copay was owed (since I have insurance). I didn't even receive an apology for the indignant behavior and stereotyping. I'll be writing reviews about that terrible dentist until the cows come home.

Dr. Jenna DiCicco was a total pro made me feel totally comfortable, I’m terrified of the dentist, and I didn’t even feel it when she had to give me an injection! The office was beautiful and everyone was so kind and supportive. I left laughing with them and now I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore I can honestly say I have been avoiding taking care of my teeth before and they made it so much better.
I scheduled my next visit and I’m never going to avoid this office or Dr. D she’s the best!
