Always had a great experience. Dr. Asha and Staff are very thorough and patient and take their time to attend to the patient. They do a fabulous job. Also their facility is excellent. Its a pretty full the 3 times i have been there

This place is overall a great place to get your child’s teeth clean every 6 months. However, this particular time my 8 year old was given a referral to see an orthodontist. I was told that he had 2 teeth coming in crooked and needed to schedule an appointment. I finally got the appointment for my 8 year old and had to get more X-ray after just having some done. (A different story that I don’t want to get into) I was finally called back into the office only to be told that my son who’s only 8 has 12 baby teeth. Was told by the receptionist “she’s not sure why they would referred him right now.

I told the receptionist that I was told to come in because he has 2 teeth that were crooked. She told me to come back in a year. I was livid!!!!! Not only was my son missing school but I just waisted my time because his dentist had such urgency in the matter. What she should have said was eventual after his baby teeth falls out he would need braces. I called the office only for the office manager to tell me they liked to tell their patients ahead so they know and can prepare financially. Well honey that’s not your call (you don’t know my finances) also they want to give the orthodontist enough time to prepare.

I can go on and on. . . . they need to be specific when giving referrals and not waist parents time.

My daughter is almost 2 and we went in for our first appointment. They were so sweet and patient. She did really well for an almost 2 year old but I was still pleased with how accommodating to her they were. Most importantly they allow parents to go back with your children and that is my top priority.

My daughter had a “cleaning” today 09/16 which was the fastest cleaning ever. My daughter was in the chair max ten minutes and the cleaning was done. No floss no nothing, I’m not a dentist but when I get my cleaning it takes more than ten minutes with all the works.

I guess since it was Friday the staff was rushing to get out, whatever the reason for the lack of attention I don’t recommend this place for your children.
