From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed with kindness and respect. The waiting room is so warm and inviting, not like any other I have ever seen. The front desk staff is amazing. From checking you in, to checking you out. You can just tell that they love what they do and interacting with patients. My dental assistant Savannah is the sweetest, she explains everything to you step by step and makes sure you are aware of what will be happening while you are there and comfortable. My hygienist April, not only is professional but makes you feel like you are sitting with a friend while she does her job.

I am pretty sure my dentist was Dr. Grey (not 100% sure) he goes above and beyond what any other dentist has ever done for me in my life (and i am 54). I told him i have dental anxiety (about filling a cavity) from previous experiences that caused me pain due to not enough numbing and he talked me through that and made me feel comfortable and confident in him that i would in no way have the same thing happen to me in this visit. He took extra steps to ensure i would not have any pain while he drilled and filled my tooth. He advised me of my co-pay for this visit prior to doing anything to my mouth. I have never had a dentist provide this information to me. I think it shows respect and how much he really cares for his patients.

Instead of just doing it and realizing afterwards, how much you will owe for the visit. He even went a step further to let me know what future costs would be and provided me with 2 referrals to Oral surgeons in order to help me make an informed decision about getting a bridge or implant for a tooth i lost many years ago. I read all of the google reviews for this practice prior to making my appointment, every persons experience is different. I wanted to be the judge for myself and not pass them up due to a few negative comments made my someone else. If you are hesitant to have this practice be your new dentist, rest assured that you will be treated with respect and kindness if you give respect and kindness. I am very happy to find a new home for my teeth!

I wish I would have read all of the reviews about this place being a scam before I went there! I thought I chopped my tooth and couldn’t get into my dentist so I figured I’d give them a call and see if they can fit me in. As soon as I sat down and opened my mouth, they tried selling me on Invisalign and tried to get me to finance them right then and there! They mentioned this many times throughout my visit. They told me if I don’t fix my crowding my teeth will fall out from gingivitis? Meanwhile, I’ve been seeing my dentist for 15 years AND he did my braces 10 years ago and never once mentioned anything about this?? (I didn’t wear my retainer obviously but still!) THEN without me even asking.

. they did a teeth cleaning for me?! I didn’t even ask! During the cleaning she kept telling me I needed to use an electric toothbrush (I do) and floss every day(I do) because my teeth are so bad? Once again, I’ve never been told this before from my dentist? The dentist himself then came in and said that I need to replace a crown and get about 6 new fillings because mine were old and asked if I had time. Luckily I didn’t because I had to get back to work… because they gave me the quote for the work AFTER insurance and it was $700! They also told me it had to be paid up front instead of billed.

I’ll absolutely not be going back here!

Before my experience with Grey and associates I had a huge fear of tooth extractions because of past experiences. I can’t express how thankful I am to have experienced my recent extractions of 2 teeth with them! Wow ! What a difference. I now, will never be afraid again ! They are the most caring, gentle people ! Please, if you have any fear of the dentist……. . Grey and associates will take great care of you….

. you’ll walk out the door like I did…. , amazed and relieved. All I can say is that they are the BEST !

Really nice staff, they got me in quickly and were gentle and accepted my insurance, yay! My only issue (and it's a big one) is they told me to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen after ripping a molar out of my mouth. . .

excuse me?! I speak on the phone all day and I can barely open my mouth now, I doubt I'll be able to sleep tonight and the pain is very frustrating. I probably will not return for any procedures that involve pain, because this sucks :(
