Greenbush Family Dental is the definition of family-friendly care. My wife, our three kids, and I have been coming here for 6 years, and it’s always a positive experience. Dr. Larson has a way with kids—he turned my 5-year-old’s fear of the dentist into excitement with “tooth superhero” stories. For me, he’s thorough and patient, explaining my recent crown procedure step by step.
The hygienists are gentle but detailed, and they even give the kids fun toothbrushes after cleanings. The office is cozy with a play area, and the staff remembers our names and schedules. They work with insurance seamlessly and offer early morning slots, which is a lifesaver for our busy routine. It’s dental care that feels like part of the community.

I live an hour and a half away from her office and still choose to keep dr dong as my dentist. She is quick, efficient, and always willing to discuss my car with me. I see other reviews accusing her of having poor bedside manner - there is a difference between efficient and unkind.
Dr dong has helped me through dental emergencies when I’ve been out of state and through basic dental care. I keep coming back to her office for the amazing service and excellent care.

Absolutely terrible. All they want is your money. I had been told I had "many cavities" after years of never having an issue going to them. Never bothered showing my x-rays, as they said it was confidential. As a 14 year old, I figured I would believe the doctors of course. They had said I had 7 cavities and forced me to get silver fillings because it's cheaper, although again I was young and figured it would be logical to use something more natural. Upon getting them filled, it was the worst pain ever.
Not enough novocain, did NOT administer enough despite telling them the pain I was in, and did not administer it properly. The pain was so unbearable it was like a white hot flash of pain and my entire side of my face went numb. I could feel everything in my teeth while it was being done. The next dental exam I had, they told me I had 6 more. . . .
what??? I switched to a new dentist and they had told me I had no cavities, and my teeth looked healthy and great. This place is full of liars, they truly only want your money. . and their practice is honestly torturous.

Dr. Dong is very professional, punctual, and fast. She did a great job at catching a very slight cavity that my husband had. Not only was she able to not only get him in quickly, but she was able to fill the tooth fast on his lunch break (since he could not take off from work). She is excellent and knows her stuff!
