I am PETRIFIED of the dentist to the point that I had not been in over a decade. In 2020 I went on vacation to Florida and decided to get a deep cleaning, so I went to Dr. Stacy Stein. The entire staff is amazing and friendly and I had Dr. Stacy Stein herself working on me. She seen how terrified I was (literally shaking in the seat and had to go to the loo twice) she placed everything back down, and spoke to me like a human being. She relaxed me to the point that only I was shaking and not the chair.

She spoke to me as she did everything and pretty much held my hand. I recently just went back to Florida (I live in Ohio) just so Dr. Stacy Stein would work on my teeth and fix the decade of neglect I had done. Again, she relaxed me, and even remembered who I was. I had to get a root canal, but I knew she would not make it very bad. She played music and spoke to me again. All of that to say, If you need anything done and are as afraid of the dentist as I am, Dr Stacy Stein is your go to woman! I fly from Ohio to get dental work done.

THAT should explain how amazing she is. Thank you Dr. Stacy Stein, you are the best dentist I have ever encountered and I wish more approached their clients as well and nice as you do. You definitely went above and beyond your duties for me. I Give you ever star available and then some!

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I have never experienced such rude, condescending treatment from any provider in my entire life. The front desk and x-ray techs were polite, however, Dr. Stein is the most rude and abrasive human being. She stated I needed a deep cleaning and that "someone would come explain the procedure and price. " The x-ray tech comes in, points to the amount I owe, and told me to sign here.

No other explanation given. Dr. Stein returns with a needle and begins to numb half of my mouth without any prior explanation or consent before doing so. I then politely asked - "may I ask why you are numbing my mouth for a cleaning? I've never had this done before. " She then proceeded to appear visibly frustrated with my questions until finally stating "how many times must I repeat my answers?" and then she finally said "we're done here this appointment is over. " I was dumbfounded and have never been treated so terribly by a "health care provider" in my life.

I left their office unable to feel half my face - an absolute waste of time. My wife also cancelled her appointment. I will be reporting this "dentist".

Stacy Stein is fantastic as is her young assistant. I spent 3+ hours in her chair having my teeth rebuilt. They were both very caring and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. She gave me back my smile and in the process saved me thousands on what would have been implants.

I now still have my real teeth. 5 Stars to Stacy and her team. Thank you to all. No pain at all the next day despite the time she invested in bring back my smile. Thank you to Stacy and her team!!

I was referred to Dr. Stein by my Humana Dental Plan. My experience, getting fitted for a crown bridge has been beyond excellent. I am in my early 70s and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Stein is the best dentist that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a warm and sensitive person. . .

very human indeed! Dr. Stein listens and addresses your concerns in a respectful, professional and very personal manner. She knows that for most people the cost of dental treatment is an issue; something that one is generally not prepared for. She works with you in finding the best possible option to make things possible. Her team of Valarie and Marie are first class and a pleasure to work with. Never thought that I would rave about "my" dental team. Thank you Dr. Stein, Val and Marie for all the good work that you do!
