Weird vibes all around. The staff isn’t necessarily rude, just not friendly, like they all don’t really care to be there or care to be working with patients. I went for a wisdom tooth removal. The procedure & pre-op instructions were never explained to me so I did my own research on what to expect. I knew I would be nervous so I opted for laughing gas. When they administered it to me, I immediately had a bad reaction (which was not their fault).

I got light headed like I was going to pass out & explained this to them. They eventually turned it off & proceeded to give me the novocaine shots which hurt like a b*****. Apparently they put epinephrine in it, which made my heart begin to race. It was similar to a panic attack. I continued to explain the way I was feeling & dr. Anderson stopped what he was doing and left the room for about 10 minutes.

His assistant stayed with me for the most part but she also ended up leaving the room for a couple minutes so I was sitting there alone, having terrible anxiety. When everyone returned to the room, Dr. Anderson proceeded to yell at me & told me I needed to decide if I was going to calm down and proceed or I would need to leave. I wanted to continue with the procedure considering I had already went though the numbing process, but was never able to calm down considering I was being yelled at. I ended up leaving and will never, ever return!!!
