I scheduled an appointment online, it got confirmed, I thought everything was fine. I got an email that looked automated from them that my appointment was cancelled, no personalized details or reason given. I have been trying to contact their office to clear up what's going on as my appointment is for tomorrow, and no one will answer.
I've been calling all day, I literally called 15 times and no one ever picks up. I will be looking for another destist.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly. I was so happy they had digital scanning for impressions. I’ve had bad experiences other places.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Wife got a bridge 4 years ago. The bridge fractured. Since we have moved, Wife went to current dentist but insurance would not cover as only covers every 5 years. It was suggested to go into original facility. Wife returned, and was examined. They stated would only replace at a prorated rate of a over $1700.
Wife was presented an estimate and signed. They took her card, thinking it was to pay for office visit, but they charged the entire amount of the estimate. We saw it and called the same day prior to closing day for to cancel, but could only leave a message We have called several times, but call gets forwarded to what we think was the Maple Canyon Store. After several calls, Kaitlyn stated that the refund would need ro be forwarded to a manager. After no return call from the manager, we called and Kailyn she started that she hadn't seen the. manager.
After calling back, we got another store, and manger called back stating we got a crown for some reason (which did not happwn) so this manger stated they would look into, but has not called back. We have left several messages. This started on April 14th and we have no progress made. So we have filed a dispute with our card company. We will be reporting next to the BBB.
