Dr. Diehl and his staff are a 10/10. The staff are friendly and the service I received was second to none. The office was clean and modern, I never had a dentist office make me feel like part of the family. I love this place

The first few appointments I had with Dr. Diehl were very thorough and I did not have any concerns going forward. Although recently, my visits have disappointed me. This past summer I went for a check up to find out I had 2 cavities, and after not having any X-rays for more than 2 years I asked if I will be needed one during my visit. He responded with “that isn’t necessary”, since he only SAW the 2 cavities with his bare eyes.
My ignorant self thought this was okay, thinking that I couldn’t possibly have anything else wrong with my teeth if he can’t see it with his BARE eyes. Well I was wrong and he, quite frankly, was very wrong. It is now November and I had a check up with a different dentist who actually insisted X-rays are necessary, and found 8 tiny cavities scattered throughout my mouth. Yes this is indeed my doing, but yes this could have also been avoided if I were to have had X-rays done back in July in the first place by Dr Diehl. To be very honest, it feels that Dr, Diehl is becoming a lazy, entitled doctor that does not truly care about his patients well-being, especially when an x-ray takes 5 mins, but I guess that is too much effort for him.
There was no logic in his way of doing things, especially thinking that X-rays are not necessary. He must have x-ray vision (but not very good vision). I will not be giving Dr. Diehl any more of my business because it is evident his ego is more important than his patients.
