I scheduled a routine cleaning and was assigned the hygienist, Chris. I mentioned that during the cleaning process I don’t like the chair to be tilted back so that my legs were higher than my head. She said she needed that distance so her “loop” glasses worked correctly. I was clearly distressed but she continued to adjust the chair so my head was going lower and lower.
I told her to stop and that I wanted to reschedule my appointment with another hygienist. In my opinion, she should have been more sensitive to my needs and tried to find a position that was suitable for us both. Now, I have to wait another 6 months for my 6 month cleaning appointment because there are no available appointments. Great customer service?

Jordan did a great job cleaning my teeth! She was kind, gentle and thorough. I’d requested Dr. Ball for the initial appointment via phone, email and repeated at the front desk. Another personable Dentist came in after cleaning for follow up.
I’ll return again hoping and insisting on seeing Dr. Ball who was the basis and referral made for my initial appointment. Oh, as a retired Art Teacher, I absolutely loved and appreciated the artwork displayed throughout the offices!

Dr. Glick was a superb dentist. The front desk staff nice and professional, clean environment. I had a good experience with Dr Gabbie, not such a good a experience with Dr Ball. He was not sensitive to the pain that I was in tapped on the affected tooth repeatedly without anesthesia. The doctor to patient sensitivity and patience was lacking. Hopefully as time goes there is improvement.

Great customer services vice and care. Talking with me and laughing with the dentist and aide helped ease my anxiety. Thanks actually had fun at the dentist getting a root canal. Not pain before or after. A first for me. So happy
