I was very impressed with everything about Glenn's Bay Dental. After having negative experiences at multiple dental offices in the area, I'm so happy I found Glenn's Bay! Everyone was so nice and really seemed to genuinely care about doing what is right for the patient. My cleaning was probably the most thorough yet gentle cleaning I've ever had. They also took the time to explain everything and answer questions. Another dentist in the area told me that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled, and Dr.
Capps told me that was not the case. I'm so glad they don't try to upcharge/do unnecessary dental work to get more money. Overall, this was a very positive experience for me and I highly recommend checking out Glenn's Bay Dental if you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, and caring professionals to take care of your dental needs. Update 12/20/23: I am updating my review to reflect that I was trying to get Invisalign through this office. After the initial consultation and photos, crickets.
No one contacted me to proceed with the treatment plan. I guess they don't want my business. 🤷

They are great! I see Dr. Goldberg who is great and today I took my 4 year old and 2 year old and they saw Dr. Capps! He was so great with them! The place I was going before was telling me I needed this and that. Came here and all is good! So trustworthy people and very friendly! Been with them for about 6 years now.

On my layover flight on the way to Myrtle Beach. I broke my temporary crown. Glenn Bay Dental Associates were able to get me in that same day. I came in as an emergency patient as I am from out of state. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The hygienist I saw was Angie and the dentist was Dr.
Levens. They both understood what I needed and went to work right away. Dr. Levens came in twice explaining to me what my options were and explained things in detail. Angie worked on temporary crown. She checked as many times to make sure I was happy with it, and got it to where it felt perfect.
I truly felt as if I had been a patient there for many years. And they seemed genuinely concerned that I get out of there with everything fixed so that I could have a great vacation. Anyone who goes there if you get Angie as your hygienist, she is the best, professional, and makes you feel like part of the Dental Associates family. If they were located closer to home in Ohio, I would definitely switch to this practice.

Very friendly and professional. Lindsay did a fantastic job with my deep cleaning. She spoke to me about everything and was super accommodating. I've never had a better experience. I went for my second visit and had the same experience except she called me to make sure I was doing ok!!!! I have never felt more cared for. She's an asset to this practice.
